Any thoughts on the $23.85 conversion price? Will it put downward pressure on the stock price at some point?

I imagine they want to sell the company in the not too distant future. My guess is that it will probably be if and when royalties from SC Darzalex take off, they get one more Enhanze deal and they have 3 or 4 more drugs in phase 3. It could all happen in the next 12/18 months.
