Well, the SEC has been closely monitoring all aspects of NWBO operations during their 2+ year investigation and found only some internal control issues and despite initially noting the "inadequacy of some communications"
{paraphrasing] chose to do nothing about it. I therefore have serious doubts that anything would come from reporting to them. Similarly court cases have come and gone with nothing major found, but as I said, you must individually decide how best to look after your own investment. Good luck.
