Their plan now is to convert all the preferred Bs, but knowing what has happened, this will fall to .01 soon at this rate. Do a RS. Nice fresh start for them, they can go on to entertain another shareholder base with over 100m asset hypes at the cost of the previous generation of bagholders. And don't forget they will say, RS is for the best interest of the company's ongoing concerns.
