Looks like they need the shares to compensate new talent. I don’t see how dilution means he is dumping shares. Par value of 0.001 only raises 800k, so this must be for compensation packages. Am I glad this reduces potential upside? No, but if it makes the difference on the company making it, then still worth it. If there is revenue at any point we are all good. I’m not buying any more, but I’m not selling either. Chan is pretty old, if they plan on bringing in a new CEO he would get LOTS of shares. We will see.
