I'm sorry to say this, but I was not impressed with the cc call. It sounded like they were clueless in how to succeed. The reality is I still think there is huge potential for this company with their product, but I also don't think management has the ability to make it work anymore. Arthur is too controlling. You could hear it in his lecturing tone on the call.
