Just a question but does anyone know why DBMM just didn’t accept revocation of registrations, as the SEC advises issuers to do, and then have filed a new Form 10 once it had two years of financial reports ready to go. They then hired a lawyer and spent lots of money fighting it, Just curious. Congrats that they won though even though I don’t see the SEC giving much of a fight since they filed everything already like they suggest
