I already explained, Franchising cannot happen until THEY ARE FULLY AUDITED, per the LAW.

It is not "dead", its put on hold. Make sense?!

Just because they cannot franchise TODAY, does not mean they cannot IN THE FUTURE. Make sense?

Regardless, they have been able to expand 100% (2 to 4 locations)over the past 2 years with another 2 locations being setup, bringing the total to 6 WITHOUT FRANCHISING....

Expansion will accelerate when they uplist, no doubt. This is the plan and it MAKES SENSE
