Discussion point; Should ZANDER recieve $60,000,000 financing (finalized by Dec 1/19) My questions 1) what would the enterprise value of REGEN be ? Consider that Regen holds ALL IP that Zander licenses from Regen.
Other considerations are that Zander would finance not more than 30 % of projected value of total company, which would value around $180 M . Regen as the parent company and also holding human IP should be worth considably more.
Current market cap for Regen is around $1,800,000.based on 600M rgbp and 400m rgbpp, lets round to $ 2,000,000.
Regen,IMO would be worth at least $ 240,000,000. this would mean a minimum 120 fold increase.
