So, for the three months he told his subscribers don't invest in weed companies, he promoted investing in weed companies to the open public?
Do I have that correct?
So private investors in his service get don't buy or sell advice and public readers get buy buy buy promotions.

Sounds like a conflict of interests to me. Or scammy.
