We all know the stock price will not go up if no institutional buyers participate, and we all know institutional buyers will not buy from OTC pink..........All these days, the stock is traded between day traders like you and me....Only through RS or through stock buy back, the company can make itself qualify to be listed in major stock exchange.....OTCQB is the first step if the company wants to.....Again, if the company can generate $144M revenue, while the market cap is only $2M, this is extremely under valued stock.....
Also, all 10Q filings are not audited, 10K filing is audited....This is the rule of all public companies' filings. And we all know even though 10Q filing is unaudited, CEO and CFO of the company have to certify the 10Q filing does not contain any untrue statement............The CEO and CFO's certifications are the requirement of Sarbanes-Oxley Act. The CEO and CFO can go to jail if they post untrue statement in 10Q and 10K.....
