It certainly does answer the question of fraud - Sharp told investors that there would never be a reverse split while he was the CEO.

Nothing changed - the O/S was always outrageous but Sharp used the excuse of the O/S to do a reverse split - that was fraud.

Sharp lied to investors to entice them to invest in the GRDO scam.

Ignoring the facts won't make them go away.
