please read the following which I just posted to cpmac. pokestake, I just added your name to the questions I asked. Any response would be appreciated. As you can see I am trying to determine, as much as possible, if there was any validity, according to German BK law, to the filing by K Bonn.

cpmac/(pokestake), what is your take on where it says:

"arranged safeguards by resolution of 30.11.2006"

cpmac/(pokestake), I do not get from that that there were no grounds for the filing, do you?

I read that as GTEM having done something specific ("arranged safeguards"/assured assets) in response to problems (lack of funding -- more liabilities relative to available assets on hand) listed in the filing.

cpmac/(pokestake), can you read it that way or do you derive something else from it?
