... Watch the KCC "Docket", like the rest of us are, ... for evidence that the submissions to "Close The WMIIC / WMI Bankruptcy Cases" has been Filed with the Court, ... and then, for the FINAL COURT RULING, actually finalizing the process' ...

... NONE OF THAT, has happened yet' ... ie; "eventual" ...

In My Opinion, The class specific returns will be "Fair & Reasonable", ... BUT The Cases Need To Be Closed FIRST' ...

... Just Stick to the Documented Truth, ... and forget about all of the 75/25 all things WaMu magical bucket full of fluffy feel good numbers that DO NOT exist, ... or, that WMI-LT was going to ever issue any additional LTI's, ... or, the new latest guessing going on, revolved around the "beneficiaries" listed in the WMI-LT's QSR, That Reference IS NOT US' ...

and YES, I am being cautious to not give any information out that may cause additional "crazies" to submit any more' ridiculous objections, ... I Want These Cases Closed' ... period ... and In My Opinion ?, Everyone Honest Should Want This As Well ... Sooner rather than Later' ...
