If the FDA is going to provide an explanation shortly, i agree. But it’s important that the process be rational. Assuming it is, and the company is just showboating for investors, yes, bad idea. But, if it will kill the treatment and the company, and FDA us not explaining, then it is a reasonable and probably necessary response.

I suspect it is likely the first rather than the later but haven’t read enough about it to know. I’m not an investor, and I’ve not the time nor interest in this side subject.
