They are being forced to micro-manage and are going over 1-by-1 each individual claim. In layman's terms, they are deciding over 50 cases vs. just one. IMO, we are assured to add more to our just 6 we already have (the "ice" has been broken with the 6 the PTAB has given us). I'm not sure if I'm trying to twist it, but the longer it goes on I'm pretty sure we will get more claims added on. I think the only question is how many more we will get and if we don't get all of them back, how many do we need to feel comfortable not go back to the CAFC?
We might only get 25 (which I think is a win in our favor)... but what do I know, only the hypothesis of a laymen.
