Didn't the CAFC state that the PTAB had to first look at the estoppel issue than the RPI. I remeber the chatter on the board that it did not make any sense dealing with the estoppel issue first. This long delay may be a result of going through all those claims one by one for estoppel.

Correct me if I am wrong but even if we win the RPI issue that does not necessarily mean all claims are back on in play? For example we could win the RPi issue, but due to estoppell only 15 additional patent claims could be put back into play totalling 21 claims at trial.
