211 Update

This is from Kevin, keep in mind he has PP shares so he just spoke with Glendale this morning...

So…spoke w/Glendale, here is the info…



1) Justin at Glendale confirmed 2 rounds of questions followed by an amendment. Glendale has sent the amendment

2) It should be “soon”…like it could be tomorrow. But Glendale said that FINRA moves at its own pace, so they give a 1-2mo answer as a generic answer so no one comes back and accuses them of “promising” a certain date.

3) I asked specifically, “so it could be tomorrow or it could be the end of the year” and Justin said “yes”

4) Justin then reiterated that every case with FINRA is different. So, for example, they could just come back and give the venue change or they might ask more questions.

5) The *usual* case is no more questions at this point and venue change happens quickly…but again, anything is possible so it is impossible to give a specific answer.



So everyone who called and got different answers were basically all correct.
