False, the ENTIRE PROCESS is a SINGLE audit. This is an uplisting audit for the THREE previous years leading up until the uplisting. Because we are still pink and passed FY2019 year end, 2019 is the 3rd year now.

This is exaclty what happened last year, which prevented the uplisting. We went past the FY2018 end and required it as well.
