Spurs, I agree it's been a very tough investment. I'm sure that it's not a scam. Maybe we will win and maybe lose with the trial results, but they definitely have not been delaying just to screw with longs or to run a scam just to keep getting paid salaries, in spite of some nonsense claims to that effect. I may be wrong but I feel sure they will give us a status update with the 10-Q release. Maybe they will even give very clear guidance on when we can expect TLD. I think the stock will bounce nicely if they finally do say anything really specific about that.

I'm sure they have been silent while the timing was out of their control. I have no idea if they now know for sure on the timing but I think it's obvious that they really need to say something now, and I believe they will. I'm not sure if they're on a 40 day or 45-day deadline after the end of the quarter to release the 10-Q but it is definitely due to be released this week.
