Not sure but just getting a website through China's rules and censorship is a feat. The websites are functioning and http://www.luckyairship.com/ has backlinks that ultimately lead to all of the USA lottery sites https://www.powerball.com/ clicking the link poweball bottom right. Select your state and there it is. Very high domain authority links.

The actual websites and their relationship and profit to RKLC is unknown but the reasons websites are made is to either inform, donate, make money or build backlinks and linking them to another domain(s)

I do not want to mislead anyone the internet and websites are not always playing by the rules, but there has to be a reason RKLC went to China and made the link back to the USA. Not sure whether China has rules that a website must be connected to finish the servers (the vehicle that sends the info) or some other rule.

However, I do know RKLC can build a completely different website on a sub-domain and replace the content and theme completely then redirect the subdomain to http://www.rockellecorp.com/ then there you go a China to US connection is complete, ready to buy and sell anything allowed by China law.
