Atom ..How do you know Amarin wants a label for primary prevention ?

Yes I know they want to include diabetics who are primary prevention ....but not everyone considered primary prevention .

Besides as VuBru has pointed out ...theres no R-IT data on non diabetic primary prevention patients to support a label inclusion

I don't. I am only predicting they do based on 1) that's how the populations were divided in REDUCE-IT and 2) FDA regulations require indicated populations to be specified in the label. See my example here (hyperlink).
