I hear what you're saying but several years ago they had a DOD certified anti-counterfeiting solution that was proven to be impossible to remove or hack. so why haven't more companies signed up? The problem(s) could be:

1. It's too expensive
2. It's too labor intensive to add to the production line
3. The annual maintenance fees are too high
4. It's too difficult or time consuming to use the equipment to validate authenticity
5. The sales team is inept

It has to be something!!!
