Hey Sharp, what are you hiding on the convertible notes - did you lie on social media when you stated they weren't toxic notes - we have already established that Sharp tells shareholders whatever they want to hear such as there won't be as reverse split as long he is CEO - so Sharp is allergic to being truthful.

Sharp who are the lenders - why the lack of transparency what are you hiding?

Sharp why won't you provide the Promissory notes for the convertible notes - if GRDO was a SEC filer it would be required to provide that information. Shareholders deserve to know the terms and conditions of the convertible notes - again what is Sharp hiding.

Where is the Reg A filing - has Sharp lied to investors once again.

It is very odd that Sharp won't reveal the names of the lenders.
