"Nokia is licensed with IDCC for 3G. Nokia owe IDCC for their 20,000 WCDMA basestation."

Why don't IDCC sue Nokia for 3G as well and get it over with with one big lawsuit and be done quickly instead of waiting to file later for 3G. just inquiring.
