You might want to reconsider those laddered limit orders - the last time I did that around a binary event I got killed - the bad news was really bad, all my what I thought were stink bid buys got filled, and the stock closed way below my buy points, a very large % drop. I wasn't at the computer when the news came out and couldn't cancel the orders - but it tanked so fast I doubt I could have canceled them before getting filled anyway - probably would have been better off using trailing stop limit orders set to trigger upon the pps hitting a series of lower lows, but I'd never used them (still haven't) and don't know what would have been an appropriate trailing stop % or $ to use, especially since the stock got hit way harder than I could have guessed in advance.

Oh hey, just noticed you wrote "f AMRN share price dives on Tuesday", which means in AH trading, and that you've already entered the orders - don't know what broker you use, but TDA will not let you use GTC orders of any kind that include AH trading - if you really want to trade AH on the day of the AC, you may have to enter them on Tuesday if you want them to execute (and cancel the existing ones).
