And in case you are attempting to imply that the purchase price is .0004 AFTER the RS, that is wrong...

As previously announced, under the terms of the non-brokered, 12 month 15% notes, the financiers have the option to convert any part of the principal and interest @ $.0032 per share, on a post-split basis.

We also know they cannot convert for another year if they decide to go that route. I would imagine that the notes will be paid off by then.
