I think you are trying to argue that GRDO will be diluted. Ask nodummy to explain the difference between toxic and dilution. While you are at it, have him explain why buying an asset for value is not dilution. When Apple bought Beats, it wasn't dilution... in fact, the price rose precipitously over the purchase.

There is no toxic death spiral financing, and we have yet to see any dilution at all. We can debate business strategies all day here, but words have specific meaning and we can't use words that do not relate to reality here.
