That was notice for late filing and request for extension because filing was supposed to be in on the 15th. They got 5 days extension after the NT 10-Q which they missed again because the SEC is doing an audit on their acquisitions, probably because of inflated values.

Anyday now, they might see them file the real values, follow by huge collapse in pps and Pawson resigning after screwed another shareholder base. Check out SLJB and CSHD CEOs for example.

Then the remaining company would RS to survive for next.

And also regarding other ppl that show up with same opinions with me, hypers bash, saying they are my alias when they reported me to admin(matt) many times and cannot be proven, because most likely those others are from different state IPs.

Dodahman for example, he was long initially, but once he found out how this company sucks, he sold his shares for a loss to prevent more losses which he did was smart choice since pps went much lower than he sale price.

Read all these hypers' messages, you'll see they are very ignorant and unrealistic targets $3 that easy? you believe it?
