Not even close and I wouldn't admit to anything of the sort. What you are seeing is something referred to as circular trading which creates the illusion of volume. The purpose is to suck in a few unsuspecting retailers who think it looks like buying. Most likely LPC needing to dump a few (so insiders have their paychecks) and trying not to crater the stock as they sell.
