Update regarding 2018 audit is posted on otcmarkets.com saying ..."FYE 2018 and FYE 2019 will be filed/published before the end of the month, and Q1 2020 will be issued before it's November 14th due date"...

"We received some good news today. The 2018 audit work is finally completed and the lead auditor on the file, along with the CFO Squad team are in agreement with all of the numbers and opening and closing balances, etc.."
"Now, we are waiting for the partners at RBSM to review and sign off on everything. On the last audit, this process happened very quickly."
"If this is completed tomorrow, we will submit the filing over the weekend. If it doesn’t happen until Monday, we will submit the filing before the open on Tuesday morning."

"Completed audit went through RBSM’s top management hands and they requested changes to some minor grammatical/wording parts to the footnotes. This is very minor and quickly/easily amendable."
