The general public is just now starting to gain an appreciation for electrified medicine...largely through social media. Early on Biel elected to put their available funds toward gaining FDA clearances. As a small company they simply could not afford to undertake educating the public properly. Looks like Biel is now getting ready to accept some partnerships that can carry that ball. Timing has a lot to do with what is about to transpire. Go Biel$$$
