At what point do stockholders, as a group, have any say in how this stuff is handled. As a Group, don't we own a majority of the stock. There are 2 types of lawsuits, but not a fan of suing anybody. A class action suit, and a shareholder derivative lawsuit. Isn't there a board of directors of some type, i have heard along the way. Can They be removed if they are the cause. Maybe WITH Penny Stocks you Just Take The hit!
