ASKH probably the cleanest SEC current filer on the OTC.
No convertible's, under 30 million o/s, 21 million float, trying to consummate a R/M since 2014 as per filings.
Whats the problem you may ask?
Lack of deals......NO
Lack of funds......NO
Lack of vend ins...NO
The most incompetent, unqualified,megalomaniac Ceo in the history of the OTC.
Unless he goes, chances that he ever produces a deal are 1 in 10,677 IMHO
Unless something changes,this will be flipped to oblivion.
