AS is NOT fluid without SEC filings. It is 6 billion shares currently. It is the AS where LIBE has used 2 massively different numbers.

Share structure is fluid thats why IMHO



OS is fluid if they dilute. But it is AS that they screwed the pooch on. And they should have fixed it immediately, not say "wait for it".
