Well I guess since they did not file a 15, then they are delinquent

since they are mandated to file according to the rules and are late on numerous occasion(s).

The numerous 10K/A filings show that either they do not know what they are doing or their auditor/cpa is too damn stupid to file a correct one.

They are still NOT current no matter what you think and are subject to being revoked because of the games they are playing by filing false documents to buy time.
