Just as a side note- I think funding and/or equity partner agreements sometimes exist in LOI (letter of intent) or MOU (memorandum of understanding) form up to the time of closing

as such, they are not required to be disclosed as "definitive material contracts"

I think this may have happened on a couple other instances with GSPE and funding/partnering

wasn't there a comment (possibly tongue-in-cheek) from the CEO about "just in time" funding for drilling?

meaning that they had it lined up ready for wet signatures well ahead of the action date

The upcoming cash burn is hard to predict now that there is a shallow campaign as well as deeper, very technical wells of Corvette and possibly Tau2
