Robert Xu who is managing mega mergers with HDII and ZMRK is also orchestrating a mega merger here with SBES. I dont think anyone is sure of the merging company but the other two are big and trade in pennies and will trade in dollars when closed. This is a bit of speculation but you can expect Xu is bringing something big in here as well and will be easily pennies to dimes based on others.
