How many penny scams do $XX,XXX,XXX per year and barely dilute over the past 3+ years?

He said he would keep the OS under 500 million for a particular year, which he did, then he went an additional year keeping it under 500 million. In other words, he went twice as long as he promised and they weren’t that far from the limit when he said it.... the overall amount of dilution has been minimal over the past few years, which Is amazing when you look at the new locations, five new high margin products that are rolling out into the largest retailers, penetrating new countries, making acquisitions with all cash, hiring 250 employees, etc... All this and they barely need to dilute to support it, what does that say about the underlying biz?

I strongly suggest that people do basic DD before throwing around words like “scam”. This company is not perfect, they’ve had several growing pains, but to call it a scam is terrible DD.
