The document is saying the dilution that drove this stock down is on hold....obviously somebody caught wind of that and has buying the stock up in droves....the merger they did required some additional accounting to get everything right financially to report it seems to me....plus they are planning on announcing a new acquisition in the future....not sure how they got Continuation Capital to stop diluting unless they either reworked a new loan from them or possibly got funding elsewhere....KB industries is a solid little company....gotta start somewhere.....the recent buying has been quite impressive... imo
