I have definitely seen these numbers in the filings but they are only a projection of what they "might" get paid for selling shares from the offering. (if they sell any at all)
I hear a lot of complaints about Daniel's hollow promises, lies, misinformation, etc. but I only see those things from those who are accusing him. I have no idea what Daniel is up to, how much he gets paid, or the inner workings of the company and neither does anyone else, especially those who like to drop "one liners" that say nothing factual or verifiable.
