CRTG... Maybe that Delusional loaner can loan them ADDITIONAL money to Buy-out a few of the latest CHS patents, but that seems unlikely at this point? CRTG will have to prove themselves to the loaner that they are on the Up-and-up... and that will take some doing IMO?

But a buyout of one or more of NDSU patents might make some sense if CRTG made them a minority partner, or offered them some Monthly Residuals, beside whatever millions CRTG could afford to offer them, once the product went to market? CRTG people have some interested PARTNER possibilities, and have learned quite a bit over the few years working on the CHS commercialization, which might prove invaluable to all concerned, so some kind of mutual deal might be possible? But again, the same Lady who ran the show for NDSU is no longer with the University, and a sour taste must be in the minds of NDSU Officials, so further negotiations might not be in the Minds of NDSU?

Penny Stock people generally have little to offer, only Ideas for the most part, so that Commercialization Agreement made no sense from the very beginning! The Responsible NDSU person didn't ask enough questions of CRTG Officials IMO, and went on promises and More promises, maybe on the So-called positive reputation of Mr. Kraft as well, who might have had more information available than CRTG itself? So maybe the "GLORIOUS" successes of Mr. Kraft swooned her over, I don't know, but Due Diligence certainly wasn't used to the furthest extent, as her position would have been enhanced at the University if a success could be had... so maybe she took a chance, probably a very Big chance as it turned out to be IMO? I could see Kraft walking-in to the Negotiating table high and Mighty, just like a Steve Jobs would have impressed, so he took the lead instead of the NDSU negotiating team! Just my opinion as usual!! GL...
