the problem for arst is the share structure is too small and the convertible debt of $400k is too much right now. they have only just begun to convert on that debt. any selling at all destroys the bid. will take north of 150 mil shares to pay that off given the recent current low. if it goes lower, then even more shares will have to convert to pay that off.
