Patents (Claims) R like contracts: What's written counts!

All I know is... It's the written word that matters.

Each patent is based on it's own merits.

Think Mishcon should brush off and if defense brings up ('822), just say, defined one of the original patents more broadly.

'822 = 24 times (Broad claims)
'679 = 116 times (Specific & detailed claims) = 100%
'565 = 99 times (Specific & detailed claims) = 100%

It's going to boil down to CDMA, cell, cable, RF Channel and those interpretations and differentiations, if do not settle.

Also, think many MSOs want to distant themselves from Comcast, but if one settles, gives ChanBond stronger hand.
