I looked up the business license directory for Sacramento and found Global Consortium Group LLC. The address listed is 8671 Elder Creek Rd #700 Sacramento CA 95828. Appears to be an industrial site like the one picture of the outside from GCGX website. The info on the city website indicates the business license application was applied for on 7-24-2018. Under license status it says 'application pending' - Not sure how accurate the license data is but that is what I found. The mail to address is listed in Truckee CA. I've included a link so you can see for yourself. Just type in the business name.
