The stop sign is coming down this month, it is within his power to do this and this is all that we need near term to lift broker restrictions and make the stock look more attractive for the upcoming blockbuster news/events.

Roger knows he needs to get the stop sign removed to get the maximum impact, so he will... he likely would’ve done it already, but he knows 2018’s audit is so close, he’s waiting.

2018 was a crazy year with multiple acquisitions, including a foreign bankrupt company, which caused all kinds of paperwork problems.
