RFLMAO It's Great DD considering that there appears to be ONE private investor who is fully funding 6-7 US cafes where he will be financing ALL of those cafes that he has a PARTNERSHIP Agreement with.

So, if the "price" for the ENTIRE Partnership Agreement was the entire operations of the first US cafe (Tempe) - then that means all of the other US cafes as part of the Partnership Agreement are privately held and wholly owned by the private investor.

Literally, the onus is on the CEO to prove otherwise

Note that the CEO has FAILED to file the required Definitive Material Agreement.

So, looks like my dd is pretty darn good.
