That is just the point. You, I and many others knew nothing about a potential 3M deal. Not faulting Macdad but why did he know this. I know people who have asked many times if deals were brewing and heard nothing but "we are progressing". I deal in the present but I know people who sold because they felt nothing was materializing. I just do not want anyone angry if this flies and they were not part of it because they sold when they felt nothing was progressing especially when they are aware that some were given a hell of alot more info than others privately. I hope you see the point of public discussion in regards this issue and its' potential ramifications. I invested here and want my investment protected and in accordance with the SEC.
