The ceo of next green wave Michael Jennings is growing and selling illegal black market cannabis products out of Fresno California. The NGW board was made aware of it for the past 6 months but have chose to do nothing. With a 3 member board (including Mike Jennings) they chose to make him CEO, again. I would consider shorting this stock.
