PPS control is working for them very well. The block wall is spread out to .15. Those will all be pulled when news hits. NONE of us are going to sell piles of shares below .25 .
IF you are waiting for the confirmation this is real before doubling your share amount I wish you luck. But I don't think it will work very well.
The shares available now will not be later.
