Correct me if I am wrong, but I always thought that the true value of any stock, once all the vehicles of gaming share price based on stock buyers who look at vol. float, backlog, guidance, change in management signals, marco influences etc. is the value of that stock to a buyer of the whole Co....and unless poison pills etc guard that possible eventuality the share price should always be adjusted by that implied force ( a new buy getting the entity at a discount?
